Beans on Toast

 Ingredients

Bread                    3-4 slices
Beans                    1 Tropical Twin
Onion                   1 small
Green capsicum     1 small
Tomato                 1 small
Salt and pepper      To taste
Oil                        2 tbsp



Method

Chop onions, capsicum, and tomato and keep aside
Heat oil in chef series wok and sauté the vegetables till slightly done.
Add the beans stored in Tupperware cool n fresh, salt, pepper and mix well.
Toast the bread slices and cut them into squares.
Arrange the beans mixture on the bread slices.
Garnish with chopped onions and pepper and serve.

Serves 2 to 3.
