Wheat flour and coconut barfi

 Ingredients

Whole wheat flour          2 Tropical Twins
Jaggery                           1.5 Tropical Twins
Desiccated coconut                   1 Tropical Twins
Cardamom powder          1tbsp
Ghee                               4tbsp
Milk                               ¼ Tropical Twins



Method
Powder jaggery using Tupperware smart chopper and set aside.
Fry the wheat flour with ghee in Tupperware chef series fry pan till it turns light brown.
Add the jaggery powder, desiccated coconut and cardamom powder.
Cook on low flame till the jaggery starts melting. Add milk and mix well.
Pour the cooked wheat flour into greased dish.
Even out the mixture with the back of the spatula.
Once cool cut into desired shape and garnish with dried apricot. Serve different portions in Tupperware Snacks-Go-Round.
