Ingredients

Rice 1 Tropical

Moong dal 1/2 Tropical

a tiny pinch(optional)

For Tempering

Ghee 3 tbsp
(i used oil)

Pepper corns
1/2 tbsp (whole or roughly ground)

Jeera/cumin seeds
1 and 1/2 tbsp
10.
Cashew nuts
1/2 Tropical Twin chopped
11.
Ginger
2 tsp(finely chopped)
12.
Curry leaves
1 twig
13.
Coriander leaves
1/2 Tropical Twin (finely chopped)
Method
·
Roast moongdal with a tsp
of ghee.(this is optional, i sometimes do this step and sometimes i skip
it too).
·
In a pressure cooker add
the roasted dal and rice with 4.5 cups of water.
·
Add necessary salt,
pinch of turmeric powder(if using) and 1 tbsp of ghee, stir well and pressure
cook it for one whistle.
·
Wait till the pressure
cools down.
·
Once done, remove the cooker
and its time to add temperings,
·
Now heat ghee and add
cashew nuts, cumin seeds and pepper corns or crushed pepper let them splutter
·
and add chopped ginger,
curry leaves and coriander leaves.
·
Pour the tempering to the
pongal and mix well.
·
Now the pongal is ready to
serve hot with sambar and chutney.

Ingredients

Method
- Wash n roughly chop spinach with Tupperware fine chopper, then to a Microwave Multi Cook Container, add spinach, a pinch of sugar n sprinkle few drops of water n microwave it for 2 minutes.
- Then cool it and grind it to a smooth paste n keep ready.

Heat oil in a Tupperware
fry pan, add mustard seeds wait till it pop n then add cashew nut n fry till
light golden brown.
·
And add sliced onions
and saute it for 1-2 minutes.
·
After that add tomato
and saute till it turns soft and add chilli n turmeric powder and stir fry a
minute.
·
Now add the ground
palak/spinach paste and stir fry for 2 minutes and add enough salt and fry
well.
·
After that add cooked
rice and mix everything well and cook covered for a minute.
·
Then give it a gentle
mix and turn off the stove.
·
That's it...Tasty n
Healthy Quick Palak Rice is ready.
Notes: For tempering you can also add
clove,cinnamon for more flavor n pulao like taste.
Along with cashew nuts peanuts can also be added.

Ingredients
Palak/ Spinach – 2 Tropical Twins, finely chopped
Onion – ¾ Tropical Twin, finely chopped
Mint Leaves – 1 tbsp., chopped
Garlic – 2 pods, finely chopped
Green Chilies – 4, finely chopped
Chat Masala – ½ tsp.
Wheat Flour – 2 Tropical Twins
Salt – to taste
Water – ¾ Tropical Twin or enough to knead the dough
Oil – 1 tbsp. and more for frying the paranthas
Yield – 10 – 12 paranthas
Method
1. In a Tupperware bowl, mix all the
ingredients properly (except water and flour).
2. Now add the wheat flour and add water in
small amounts until a dough is formed.
3. Divide the dough in to equal sized balls.
4. Dust each ball with some wheat flour and
roll it out in to flat round roti.
5. Take a Tupperware frypan, once it gets
heated, place the roti on it.
6. Once the bottom part gets baked a little,
put a few drops of oil with Tupperware magic flow on the top part, spread it
and turn over.
7. Put a few drops of oil on the baked part
(which is now the top part). Wait till the other side gets baked too and take
the roti off the pan.
8. Serve hot with raita or a little butter in a
Tropical cup.

Method

Chop capsicum, walnut and coriander leaves and set aside.
Mix cottage cheese with grated carrots, chopped capsicum,

Cut bread into desired shapes such as star, square and round.
On a bread slice, place cheese, tomato and cottage cheese cutlet.
Cover with second bread slice.

Method
Mix rice flour, condensed milk and milk well and cook in Multi Cook
for 10 minutes while stirring in between.
Once cool, add orange juice which is in Mini Magic Flow and cinnamon
powder then stir well.

Method
Bring milk to boil. Add sugar to it from Tupperware store all
canister and cook till it reduces to half. Once cool add cream, chopped fruits,
sultanas and pista and mix well. Refrigerate for about 2 hours. To serve pour
the chilled shahi mixture using Tupperware quick shake over hot toasts and
serve.
