Ingredients
Sweetened condensed milk 2 Tropical Twin
A Fresh Full cream-milk 1 Tropical Twin
A Pure and fresh Butter: ½ Tropical Twin
A Fresh tasty Cocoa: ½ Tropical Twin
A Finely Chopped fresh walnuts ½ Tropical Twin

Method
Heat milk, condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder in casserole on medium flame.
Cook, stirring frequently till the mixture becomes thick and fudge-like and begins to leave the sides of the pan. Put off the fire, add the chopped walnuts and mix well.
Apply some ghee to a plate and spoon the fudge out onto it.
Spread into a thick layer with a flat spoon and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Cool a little and while still warm, cut into squares. Cool fully and store in a Store All Canister.
